Inner Tranquility was founded by Rev. Keith Hall to promote Inner Tranquility, Inner Peace, and knowledge of the true nature of human consciousness. Self Mastery first entails knowledge of Self, after which attained, a variety of meditation and personal growth techniques become valuable to lead one to mastery. One of our goals is to promote Kundalini Yoga, Tantric, and Taoist techniques of Self Realization, mind body wellness, and stress reduction leading to Enlightenment.

The eclectic nature of our approach to this work is predicated firstly on the truth that, just as Joseph Campbell said, spiritual and psychological work contains archetypes that transcend language and culture. Whereas Campbell sought to delineate intellectually various cultural approaches to self realization, Rev. Hall draws on his decades long experience of practices that work efficiently to awaken oneself, regardless of cultural programming.
Rev. Keith Hall has studied, practiced, and taught T’ai Chi, Qigong (Chi Kung), Tantra, Emotional Release and Transmutation, Kundalini and Chakra Activation, and Meditation for over 30 years. He has been a senior student of Tai Chi Master Yung-ko Chou, with permission to teach.
Rev. Hall has studied at various Mystery Schools across the world and with Dhyanyogi Madhusudandas, S. Saraswati and others. In addition, he has studied Bioenergetics, Ba Gua (Pa qua, baqua), Tumo, Vipassana, Zen, Spiritual Massage, various Yogas, and many other Eastern and Western psychospiritual disciplines.
Rev. Hall has published articles on spiritual growth, meditation, and the Tantric and Taoist arts in numerous journals. He is an Ordained Metaphysical Interfaith Minister, and the Founder of Jade Garden Tantra.
