In this approach, we use the mind and gentle stretching movements to align one’s posture and deepen the breath, effortlessly releasing stress and muscular tension. Within minutes the practitioner experiences a reduction of irritability, fatigue, and anxiety, and an increase in vitality, alertness, flexibility, and stability.
By investing 10 minutes a day, we create within ourselves a sense of security, personal magnetism, competence and composure, while boosting our creativity and productivity.

Bio: Rev. Keith Hall has studied, practiced, and taught meditation, stress management, and personal growth for over 35 years. He has been a senior student of Professor Yung-ko Chou, with permission to teach. He has studied Bioenergetics, Ba Gua, Tumo, Vipassana, Zen, Spiritual Bodywork, various Yogas, and many other Eastern and Western psychospiritual disciplines and has published articles on Taoist and Tibetan arts in numerous journals. He has taught workshops in exotic locations ranging from the Yucatan jungle to the U.S. Department of State.
